Ok, so I had a hard time naming this blog….
I’ve come to realize that the sounds provided in IM-ing services have somewhat temporarilly corrupted a piece of my music listening experience. Noteably facebook’s recent add on, their chat window. When you get a chat message, you get that notification sound… nothing more than a little pop, like a bubble poping or something. Problem is my ears have decieved me lately, taking little similar sounds in certain songs and perciving them as possibly being a chat popup in my facebook. Which ends up as not only a waste of time poping back over to my facebook to check, but also a dissapointment when nothing’s there
. I’ve found the problem is starting to resolve. However until then maybe I should rule those songs out… could I really go without listening to Krystal Meyers? haha
In other news, I found that Google apparently released a new web browser yesterday, that’s been named “Google Chrome“. It’s an open source browser, and is meant to be faster and more suited to the needs of websites and such today. So far, It actually doesn’t seem too bad. It’s clean, fairily smooth, and perhaps a tad bit faster… although havn’t found that to be the case with ALL sites. But considering that it is only in the beta stage right now, I’d say it has deffinate possibilities. I’m kinda diggin’ it, although I’m not sure I’m ready to make it default over my Firefox yet. And a small part of me thinks it could just be a tactful step closer to Google rulling the E-world (if that hasn’t happened already). Oh well, it’s still pretty cool.
As of this moment, I believe I have about 15 hours left until the last day of my “summer” has ended, and it’s back to class… oy! But I think I can say that this summer has really topped all the one’s that have come before it. Although there have been rough times for sure… I don’t think I wouldv’e changed a thing from this vacation. Looking back at it to start, it was actually kind of productive. I started workin’ some mainly doing web design for a local company. And having a job allowed for finally getting the license (booya). And there were very many awesome times and events to look back on, whether it was this year’s NNE4 Summer camp, SoulFest, going to sixflags, hangin’ in Boston, or just plain chillin’ with those awesome people I call my friends.
This has been one pretty sick summer!!! And really overall it’s been a great year. And I’m hopeful that it continues to be such, I’m sure it will.
Speakin’ of Camp, Here’s a video we made. A little taste of what went on during that week of awesomeness:
Kudos to Pastor Kevin and Chris, among others, for putting on another exciting and powerful, power packed week of camp!

So I’ve been thinking about doing the whole bloggin’ for awhile now. I wondered for awhile what exactly a “blog” really is. After much thought and reading, I came to the conclusion that it’s pretty much whatever you want it to be!
But I’ve found it pretty awesome some of the cool things people have to share in their blogs. Wether it’s some nuggets of wisdom, or just a funny thing that happened yesterday… as Matthew West sings, “You’ve got somethin’ to say!“.
Now I’m not saying that what I have to write is going to be cool. That, my friend, would be up to you. I’ve never been what you would call a good writer. In fact English is probably my worst subject! But who needs good English eh? (ask me again after I need to fill out a resume…)
But anywho, stay tuned for more in the not too distant future. I’m gonna do my best to actually keep up with this blog… we’ll see. haha. Keep cool, stay rockin’
